“Chipping Away at the Glass Ceiling in Private Equity” is a great look at how more women are moving into a space that historically has been extremely male-dominated. As the number of women increases, firms are looking for ways to provide professional development designed specifically to this important population. And the women in these firms are looking to network with each other, as some are on teams where they might be the only woman.
