It was a pleasure working with staff in Learning & Development to help shape this program while in development. Once the cohort arrived in October 2013, I facilitated 4 executive coaching workshops spaced throughout the program. JP Morgan’s program kicks off its second year in a few weeks. I am looking forward to working with this year’s incoming group!
