Client Services Manager
Elaine Rosenstein is AWC’s Client Services Manager. She oversees the day-to-day logistics that keep engagements running smoothly, including scheduling, contract preparation, invoicing, and maintaining accurate client records. For coaching engagements, Elaine coordinates session logistics and communication. For group programs, she supports scheduling and administrative tasks in collaboration with Emily. She also manages scheduling and communication for Michelle’s coaching clients.
Elaine has worked with AWC since 2016, bringing a steady hand to the operational side of client delivery. She began her career in law, serving as a judicial clerk in the New Jersey State Superior Court before joining the City of New York Department of Social Services as Associate Corporation Counsel. She holds a BA in History from Boston University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Alongside working with AWC, Elaine has dedicated two decades to nonprofit leadership and community governance, building strong systems and supporting high-impact work behind the scenes.
