Executive Coaching Process
Our Executive Coaching program designed for senior leaders incorporates a robust 360 assessment process, goal setting, and ongoing coaching, with engagement across all stakeholders.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
- Discuss initial goals and engagement objectives
- Self-assessment and 360-degree feedback from stakeholders is collected via confidential 1-1 interviews with Coach or psychometric assessments.
KICK-OFF
- Coach debriefs 360 feedback with Coachee.
- Based on assessment findings, 3-5 coaching focus areas are clarified and incorporated into an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
ONGOING COACHING
- Coach and Coachee meet 1-1 at a regular cadence, usually 2x/month.
- Coach provides custom tools and resources.
- Midpoint reflection completed by Coachee.
- Midpoint check-in with manager and/or sponsor.
COMPLETION
- If desired, Coach sends brief survey to original 360 participants for updated feedback.
- Coachee completes final self-assessment.
- Coach and manager have their final meeting.
- Accomplishments are celebrated.
