Organizational Change Consulting, Program Design & Execution
- Work with organizational leaders (HR, Diversity, L&D, senior leadership) to design strategic and targeted interventions supporting retention and advancement of high-potential women.
- Developed and led several workshops on Personal Branding for women leaders of private equity and law firm clients. Sessions at KKR’s were featured in “Chipping Away at the Glass Ceiling in Private Equity” in DealBook/New York Times.
- Developed and led several workshops for Goldman Sachs career re-entry “Returnship Program”, focusing on career navigation and work/life integration.
- Assisted financial advisory firm’s CEO to design and launch a new executive leadership team. Created and led 2-day team-building offsite to commence leadership transition.
- Developed and led team-building workshop for incoming Executive Board of Junior League, focused on Strengths-Based Leadership.
- Crafted vision and assembled/led planning team for three annual 3-day offsite Women’s Retreats for largest synagogue in Westchester County. Served 200+ attendees.
Individual & Group Coaching
- Help clients self-assess current strengths, interests, opportunities and derailers. Utilize various assessment tools including Hogan, CareerLeader, MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory and StrengthsFinder.
- Guide creation of goals and development plan. Create on-going customized accountability and support structure to keep clients constantly learning and in productive forward action.
- Clients located in a variety of organizations, including Goldman Sachs, KKR, JP Morgan, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Liberty Mutual, GE Finance, various hedge funds, and the Canadian Department of Justice. Also work with privately held businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Lead ongoing Mastermind coaching groups of like-minded professionals to set and achieve specific goals.
