Alexandra has fifteen years of experience as an executive coach, senior trainer, and lead facilitator. Alexandra has worked with rising and C-suite executives in all areas of business, including technology, finance, and customer insights. She works with executives to help develop their leadership, management, and negotiation skills. A central focus of her work is to enhance her clients’ understanding of their E.Q., and their ability to positively impact their working environment. She has worked with executives through small-, and large-scale M&A and re-orgs, helping to find solutions and heal fractured teams.
Alexandra is a frequent contributing author at Forbes, The Conference Board, and Monster.com, writing articles on business performance and management. She has facilitated countless off-sites for high-level executives, including The Conference Board’s Women Leadership Conference. She specializes in helping leaders hone their negotiation skills, build greater team unity, and retain top talent.
Alexandra graduated cum laude from Brown University and has a magna cum laude degree in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School. She is a graduate of the Stern School of Business Strategic Steps for Growth W/MBE program and received her executive leadership coaching certification from NYU in 2014. Alexandra is excited to be joining the next cohort at Columbia University’s Executive Master of Arts in Change Leadership and Organizational Psychology program.
Alexandra is an ACC accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation and is a certified DiSC® practitioner.
