Jennifer has over 20 years of corporate experience in the professional services and software development industries including 16 years with Accenture, a global professional services company. She has extensive experience in recruiting, coaching, and training teams across North America. Jennifer incorporates her broad leadership, management and mentoring experience into her coaching approach to best help promote her clients’ career growth, advancement, engagement and retention.
Training and Qualifications
Jennifer received both her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Executive & Career Coaching Certification from New York University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Certified in Everything DiSC®, contributes expert advice and articles about workplace and career issues for leading career sites, and is a strategy advisor and volunteer coach for a non-profit military organization.
