Jennifer is an executive and career coach, combining her corporate experience with her background in psychology to develop a personalized approach for each client she serves across the U.S. Jennifer provides the tools, resources and support her clients need to define their objectives, achieve their goals and exceed their potential. As the Founder of 20/20 Career Solutions, she collaborates with clients who want to take ownership of their careers from job search and networking strategies, to role transition and first 100 days, to new manager transitions and leadership development.

Special Interests

Jennifer has a special interest in career transitions. As a mother she has a deep understanding and appreciation of the challenging transition that expectant and working parents need to make in the workplace. Jennifer works with experienced professionals including: new managers seeking the tools and resources needed to succeed such as leadership skills, executive presence, communication skills, effective decision-making, and team development; mid-career professionals in search of a new career path with a focus on role transition, career management and goal-setting; individuals returning to work after a career break with a concentration on job search, work/life integration, managing new family dynamics and the first 100 days in role; and veterans transitioning to civilian life after serving in the military.


Jennifer has over 20 years of corporate experience in the professional services and software development industries including 16 years with Accenture, a global professional services company.  She has extensive experience in recruiting, coaching, and training teams across North America. Jennifer incorporates her broad leadership, management and mentoring experience into her coaching approach to best help promote her clients’ career growth, advancement, engagement and retention.

Training and Qualifications

Jennifer received both her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Executive & Career Coaching Certification from New York University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Certified in Everything DiSC®, contributes expert advice and articles about workplace and career issues for leading career sites, and is a strategy advisor and volunteer coach for a non-profit military organization.
