On October 7, 2014 I’m honored to be speaking on a panel for the alumnae of the Cardozo Law School, Harvard Law School and Yale Law School at the HLS Women’s Alliance of New York. Our panel discussion is on transitioning back to the paid workforce.
Participants will:
• Learn what they can do to ease re-entry at any stage of life after devoting full-time to caring for a child or other family member or pursuing a non-legal interest.
• Benefit from the wisdom gained by our panelists who have made the transition back into paid employment recently (or helped others do so) and find out what suggestions they offer.
• Enjoy a chance to network with friends, classmates and fellow transitioning attorneys over lunch.
Panelists include:
• Julie Anna Alvarez, Director, Alumni Career Services, Cardozo School of Law
• Kelesha Armand, Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and member of Legal Diversity Committee sponsoring JPMorgan’s Legal ReEntry Program
• Dorothy DeWitt, Recent Reentrant
• Michelle Friedman, MA, PCC, Executive Coach, Advancing Women’s Careers
