We are looking to expand our coaching team with an experienced, highly professional, full-of-life Executive Coach who is passionate about working with mid to senior-level leaders in the financial services, banking, and law industries. Our coaching work delivers exceptional results to the individuals and organizations with whom we partner.

Seeking you, as an Executive Coach, if you:
Bring a Wealth of Corporate Coaching Experience: You have spent at least 7 years coaching corporate clients in industries including Finance, Banking, Private Equity, and/or Law.
Are Driven by a Deeper Purpose: You’re passionate about creating positive change – transforming workplaces, nurturing better leaders, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
Have Leadership Development and/or Team Management Coaching Experience: You have demonstrated experience working with clients on developing skills that are crucial to success as leaders and team managers.
Are Certified for Leadership Development: You are an ICF-Certified Coach, with a minimum PCC designation AND certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Instrument
Have an Eye for Excellence: Your work reflects a deep commitment to quality. You have excellent, polished written and verbal communication skills and are ready to deliver a 5-star experience.
Thrive when Working with Clients in these Industries: You are full of energy, and you are at your best when you are helping clients navigate fast-paced, high-stress, and complex environments.
Are Results Driven: You have demonstrated experience in delivering results, with a wealth of happy clients who can attest to your excellent coaching abilities.
Strive for Continuous Improvement: You stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive coaching and leadership development. You have a working knowledge of the challenges facing professionals in the industries of focus.
Have Capacity: You run your own coaching business AND have the capacity to take on 6-12 additional engagements annually (varying from an 8-20 hour session commitment over 6-9 months). You are available during the weekdays to work across East and West Coast time zones and to meet the scheduling requirements of these engagements.

The Role Logistics
As an Executive Coach at AWC, you could be involved across three of AWC’s portfolio of services:
Executive Coaching: Coaching junior, mid, and senior-level individuals in various industries, with a focus on Financial Services. These engagements will be targeted to career development, leadership development, and skill-building, and often include administering the TLC 360 assessment. You will also be partnering with managers and other leaders throughout the engagements to align on development needs and assist them to better support their team members in meeting their goals.
Parental Transition Coaching: Coaching expectant parents and their managers before, during, and after parental leave to deliver Parental Transition Coaching, a specialized form of Executive Coaching. You will be working with these professionals on their specific challenges that arise, while supporting them to achieve seamless transitions to and from parental leave, keeping careers on track and helping companies retain key talent.
Workshop Delivery: Delivering a suite of AWC workshops and trainings designed to accelerate the development of top talent. Depending on your location and experience, your work could include delivering these workshops and/or coaching participants as part of a large-scale training program. Workshops take place in person (often NYC, sometimes elsewhere) and on Zoom.
